I was having issues with my garage door. Contacted Ray and he came out the same day. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in no time. He even gave me referrals to other contractors for other work that I need done. Would definetly recommend!

Our garage door opener stopped working suddenly and we contacted RS Garage Door and was quoted a fair price. Ray showed up early, did an exceptional installation, explained everything clearly and he also installed a new keypad that wasn't included because I forgot to advise him, but no worries he said no big deal, went to purchase me a new keypad and returned promptly to install that also. Ray is very professional and a really awesome guy. I will be using him for all my future garage door needs. Please don't hesitate to contact RS as you will not be disappointed.

My springs broke late on a Wednesday evening. No problem I thought ... until I couldn't manually open to get my car out.
I tried chatgpt to help but still couldn't figure it out. Luckily chatgpt included a link for RS Garage and another service in nearby Florissant. After reading the reviews a little something extra stood out for RS Garage.
Called about 7am Thursday and Ray was at my house within 10 minutes. Within 90 minutes or so Ray had picked up the parts and completed the repair.
I'll definitely recommend RS Garage Door LLC

Was very pleased good job
Will recommend them to anybody

Very good work

Phenomenal!!!!

Ray Soto, President and Alyssa installed my new garage door as part of a home explosion restoration project for our community. They did an excellent job. Ray was very knowledgeable about garage doors installation. They were detail oriented, professional and very patient to make sure all the details were covered and everything was in proper working order until completion. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much Ray and Alyssa.

We had a new garage door installed on 9/10/2026. The quality of the door is excellent and Ray, the owner of RS Garage Door, did a great job with the installation. We are pleased with our new door and would recoomend RS Garage Door to everyone.

Fine work!

I called them about my door problem and they helped me how to make the door work again, no charge

Ray and Tyler did an amazing job. Quick and easy to work with! Appreciate you guys so much

Wonderful service!

Quick, responsive, and got the job done. Thanks

RS Garage Door was able to help me out when other installers said it would be 6-8 weeks to replace my garage door. RS was able to inspect my garage, recommend a good door that met my budget and have it installed in less than a week.

My garage door was noisy, rattled, and just seemed like it wasnt moving easily

I called RS and they tuned it up under 30 minutes. Super fast.

He let me know that I should consider spring and roller replacement on the horizon and gave me a quote.

Local company, local dudes, easy to work with, no BS

Ray promptly came out and replaced our garage door and opener during the brutal heat in one day. Great work! Would use again.

Good job great workers

Raymond came out when I had a very unusual and intermittent issue with my garage door. Well let's just say it was very unusual to me. It was happening intermittently and of course it would stop happening whenever I had called a garage door personnel. At first I called the original installer, told him the problem and he told me to lube everything up and call him if it's still happening and when given the specifics he told me that there was no way it was the springs and that probably somebody was going to have me call the manufacturer and order a part and install it myself. Not ray! Ray showed up nearly immediately and I showed him a video of what had been happening because frankly it had stopped happening the morning he was supposed to arrive to help me out. He took a look at the video then tested the door manually and made some quick adjustments to the spring and like magic it worked again!!!!

Ray from RS Garage Door LLC was great. I called and he came to the house right away and fixed my garage door opener very friendly and works fast and efficiently. I will hire RS Garage Door LLC again.

Ray was awesome and does excellent work! My wife and I both are pleased. Very professional as well! Will definitely be calling again for more garage updates!

Ray was fantastic! As we all know things dont always go smoothly. Upon trying to install my new garage door opener he found that the main circuit board was bad and we could not proceed. He helped me work with Genie to get it replaced. Months later once the new board was in he came back to finish up the project as soon as I called him. Great customer service. Cant ask for more!

Thanking Ray and Tyler for going above and beyond just business. Both came out after hours to fix my garage door after hours. They were personally and professionally even threw in some extra repairs! The rate was very reasonable and fair! If you !

Ray is fantastic! Came right out and replaced our garage door motor/opener and got us upgraded with a new keypad and app. I think we were back up and running in under 4 hours and that includes time it too for me to get another quote. They were honest, fair and fun to have around the house for a couple of hours!

These guys were AWESOME! I called in a panic and they came the same day. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT AS WELL!

The technicians at RS Door LLC are amazing! They were able to come service my garage doors broken spring

I cant say enough good things about RS Garage Door LLC. I accidentally left a large rack in front of my garage and didnt realize it when I closed the door. The door came off the hinges and one side cable came loose. I called him, and within an hour he was at my house.
Not only was he fast, but he was also very affordable compared to other companies I contacted. The repair didnt take long at all, and everything was fixed properly and running smoothly. His customer service was top-notch very respectful, professional, and just an all-around good guy.
If you ever find yourself in a bind, I highly recommend calling him. From now on, hes the only person Ill call for any garage door repairs. Nothing but high praise!

Ray and Mike were truly best of the best! I called and within 20 minutes Ray was at my house and able to tell me what the problem was! Mike replaced my out dated system the next day in less than an hour (at an amazing price). It works phenomenally now!!! They let me know about another part that will need attention in the next 6 months or so, but in no way tried to push a sale or get me to take care of it right away since it doesn't need it yet. Just genuinely let me know to keep an eye out, and now I can save for it til it's time to replace. I will absolutely be calling them when its time to fix the other part! I will be HIGHLY recommending them to my friends and family!!

Ray did an amazing job fixing our garage! The first time, he installed a garage system quickly, professionally, and at a fair price. The second time, our old springs gave out. We called him on a Saturday, and by Monday he was at our home with everything needed to replace them.

Ray is a God-fearing man who works with precision, integrity, and timeliness. He truly cares about the quality of his work and his customers needs. If I could give him 10 stars, I would! You wont regret calling his company for your garage needs.

Thank you Ray. You showed up on a dime and thank you for advising me my LiftMaster Garage Door Opener had a lifetime warranty on the garage opener drive belt. I appreciate you coming back when the belt came in. Satisfied Black Jack customer.

Great job!!

I gave them a call and literally less than 24 hours my problem was resolved. I had an older garage opener that finally gave out, they came out inspected, fixed even brought new parts and left extras for the future if I need them. Everything works perfectly. I would recommend or utilize myself them again.

Ray came out to install a new garage door for me. He communicated well with me ahead of time, worked with my schedule when I had to change the installation date, and then arrived early the day of the install. When he got here he quickly recognized that some of the parts for the garage door I needed installed wouldn't work with my setup and he moved quickly to get the right parts so he could complete the install.

Great guy, fast and reliable service

Ray was awesome and was very professional about his work. Cares about his customers and did an outstanding job.

The gentlemen were great! They answered all of our questions and offered to try to find us a small part that broke (no fault of theirs) on our garage door opener. Ray also came back to install a lock that I requested! Thanks! You're awesome!
